PILOT ACCOUNT TERMS

Terms of Service

Version terms-2026-08-14 · Effective for the controlled preproduction pilot

1. Your authority and account

You may use ARIA only if your organization has authorized you and assigned an explicit shop role. Keep passwords, recovery information, and MFA codes confidential. Do not share accounts or attempt to access another organization, shop, project, inspection, or component.

2. Permitted use

Use ARIA only for authorized industrial inspection, assessment, review, and pilot evaluation. Do not upload unrelated personal information, unlawful material, malicious code, export-controlled material without authorization, or content your organization is not permitted to process.

3. Industrial and commercial boundary

ARIA assists qualified personnel. It does not replace engineering judgment, qualified NDT, calibrated metrology, workplace safety controls, customer approval, or your organization's quality system. ARIA never autonomously approves a technical disposition or releases a quote.

4. AI-assisted features

AI may classify or transcribe evidence and draft findings. Results may be incomplete or incorrect and must be checked against source evidence and approved criteria by an authorized human. The separate AI-use notice is part of these terms.

5. Inspection content

Your organization remains responsible for the accuracy, authority, classification, and lawful use of submitted content. Access to content is limited by the configured organization and shop boundary. Published records may be immutable, with corrections recorded as new versions.

6. Availability, monitoring, and suspension

The pilot may change, experience interruption, or be suspended for security, safety, policy, cost, or support reasons. Security, usage, and audit events may be recorded. Report suspected compromise promptly to your designated ARIA administrator.

7. No production or quote authorization

Preproduction availability is not production approval. No output may be treated as customer-released technical acceptance or a released commercial quote unless the separate approved human and downstream controls are completed.

8. Changes and acceptance

ARIA records the document version, authenticated user, tenant scope, time, and explicit acceptance. A material update requires renewed acceptance. Your organization may impose additional terms or stricter policies.
